This was blown away from the waterpark, "Splash-Down", located across the lake. Hurricane Katrtina demolished the place and this banana tree survived at the bottom of the resivoir awaiting to re-plant itself on the sandy beach two years later in our backyard.

Just had a look at your bluebottle photo on the toolbar. That's amazing it was intact! Your photo is like a trip through time. It's fun to speculate about these things.
A young but tall chestnut blew over in a storm, and it's root system is mooning the world as it drives by. I look down in the crater and wait to see some treasure. It's filling up and becoming a pond of sorts! Not the treasure I was hoping for...
