Friday Flash 55....#4

" .....She opens her eyes to welcome the dawn,
for what,
she knows not,
today.
Crawling desperatly out of the bed
she runs her hands through her silky pink hair.
Looks down to see it gripped in her hand.
Eases to the mirror and drops her gown.
Sees a breast
and hopes for a
better day."

Breast Cancer is so tragic! My sister in law is currently undergoing chemotherapy for that. & yes, the hair does come out in clumps...

Breast Cancer is no longer the death sentence it once was for far more woman now than ever.
Research has advanced hope in so many powerful and positive ways.
The fight isn't over yet but the world is gaining on it..
Fabulous share here today Liquid.
Thank you.

That was my favorite Puddle of Mudd song. Had to stay and listen to the whole thing.
