Depression is merely anger without enthusiasm.

Let's say I bring down some chicken, donuts from Anne's Pastry shop, and about 3 gallons of Hartzler's ice cream, all some of the best my area has to offer. Will that help ease your depression?

I also have some Polish friends who know where to get some authentic kielbasa. I'll bring that down along with a polka band. You can't listen to polka music without smiling.

That picture kind of reminds me of my little voodoo doll -- who gets a pretty good workout from time to time. LOL.:)

Hey, I apologize for being so remiss in visiting. New job is killing me and I run out of energy before I hit a fraction of all the blogs I intend to read. I didn't even realize you'd gone public again. I hope that means that things have settled down for you.

You must be here from Lime?
Thank You for visiting my primitive blog today.
You seem like a happy-go-lucky kind of girl, in a gothic sort of way.

Have a great week-end, and please feel free to stop by again...Galen

Oh dear Lord,
I've gone gothic at, well, almost...........42!

I kinda' like that.

Considering I type this with hot pink duct tape on my thumb........
Ouch!

Hey girl,
Sorry I have been away so long. I have been reading your blog , trying to get caught up on what I have missed. I have read so much that my eyes are burning but I just could not stop. I made it all the way down to the post about the woman's poem and Man's poem. That was funny.

I wanted to say sorry about Daisy, she looked like a wonderful friend. I lost my Mr. Kitty about 5 years ago and I still miss him.

The Friday F**k fest was great.

I just loved all the photos and the poetry and I think that is why I just cant stop reading every time I come here.

I really like the Blah one. That is how I feel sometimes when people are talking to me but I still try to listen to them, sometimes.LOL

I know this comment is kind of long and maybe I should have just sent you and e-mail but I wanted you to know I enjoyed reading everything.

Smiles and Big hugs to you :-)

Don't worry Duct tape can fix anything, and being hot pink is very fashionable.
Not to mention Kielbasa and Polka.
An a one and a two...

Hey girl! Good to see you here again.......you've been missed.
Thanks for taking the time to read so many posts in one visit.

Nit Wit:

Kielbasa and Polka.......why didn't I think of those? lol

Cliff said...

I guess we all think the same in Ohio, right Nit Wit?

It appears that our world views have intersected.

You should be troubled by that ... except that it is nothing that a couple of gothic looking creatures quietly sitting beside you glaring at you, waiting for you to begin a conversation with them, wouldn't fix.

I am loving my, Ohio based, readers!

Goodnevilquy:

You know. You're absolutely right........that's kinda' neat. May I borrow your pals for my next bad mood? :)

Good one!!

Nit Wit said...

Well WIX it's nice to know that there two people in OHIO who think.

Nit Wit said...

I might have just insulted any other Ohio based commenter’s you have. You have most of the smart Ohioans visiting your blog.
I’m not big on finding out where people visit from.

Sculptor Dude said...

If you don't mind the odd looks that they generate for some strange reason.

Oh and Liquid?

You know how I regard the Mississippi based bloggers. You, Amias and Chelle. I have stated before in my blog that Mississippi is my favorite four letter word.

Funny but very true. :D

The polka band may be the cure for depression. All that bouncing around annoys the heck out of those demons.

Depression is something I know a great deal about. The picture and the caption are perfect.

Liquid said...

Thank you each for your comments!

Lemme' tell you.......polka music works only while chewing a heafty bite of Kielbasa and standing on the dining room table!! Ouch!
Even my children's attitudes changed for about five minutes.

And honey, those gothic creatures intimidated the deamons whilst cleaning the swords.

Trust me............you should each try it......well, at least once or twice!

Utah Savage:
I really "felt" this painting the first time I saw it too. Just more swords for my little "goths" to clean!

See? Now everyone is happy, again, for an hour.

Whew!

:)

And how art thou weaving in traffic these days? Miss you bunches around here!

Try running with scissors if all the above doesn't work!

It'll get attention, nonetheless.

I've never heard depression described that way - but it makes sense - anger without enthusiasm. Brilliant. I am adding you to my blogroll.
